Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

• To cancel an order, please contact us at dhhepasaravana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective products

• Incorrect item received

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To initiate a return, email us at dhhepasaravana@gmail.com with photos of the item and order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Cut pieces of fabric or ribbons

• Tailoring materials sold in measurements

• Beads, charms, and DIY materials sold in sets or packets

• Any item marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

4. Refund Process

• Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If you received a free item with your order, it must also be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
