1. Shipping Policy

a. Processing Time

• Custom AI-Generated Orders: Usually processed and sent for production within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.

• Handcrafted Production Time: Typically 5–15 business days depending on design complexity and material availability.

b. Shipping Time

• Domestic Shipping (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch

We use reputed courier partners such as [Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, etc.] and provide tracking for every shipment.

c. Shipping Charges

• Order product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days

d. Delivery Delays

Delays due to natural calamities, customs clearance, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of major delays.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

We take great pride in offering custom jewellery. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the design has entered production.

However, replacements or corrections are offered in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

• The product does not match the order specifications

b. Return Window

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Photographs of the product and packaging

• Unboxing video (recommended for faster processing)

c. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Customized or engraved items as per customer input

• Any product reported beyond 48 hours of delivery

d. Exchange or Correction Process

• Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund, depending on the case.

• We will arrange return pickup or request you to ship it back depending on your location.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only applicable:

• If we are unable to fulfill your order

• If the product is returned due to our fault and cannot be remade

Refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
